Gold-backed digital assets for institutional trust
Discover STCM’s regulated gold tokenized digital asset model — built to turn real gold into digital assets with swiss regulated custody, stability, and liquidity.
Segregated Ledger for Asset-Backed Issuance
STCM’s ledger vaults enable the issuance of fully backed digital assets. All tokens are collateralized with verified gold reserves, ensuring 1:1 stability and transparent settlement.
From institutional gold deposits to a multi-layer token economy — this is the STCM framework for the future of compliant finance.
A Tokenization Standard
STCM creates a fully regulated tokenization infrastructure to convert verified periodic elements — such as gold, silver, and other precious metals — into digitally native, 1:1 asset-backed tokens. Each token is anchored in Swiss-segregated custody, ensuring AML/KYC compliance, auditability, and physical reserve matching.
Secure Reserve, Liquid Utility
To serve institutional-grade requirements, STCM deploys a dual-token structure:
Layer 1: Institutional tokens remain in STCM custody, fully collateralized.
Layer 2: Fractionalized, client-facing tokens are pegged 1:1 to custody assets and used in payments, settlements, and liquidity operations.
Smart contracts enforce traceability, compliance, and real-time audit tracking.
Gold as the First Element
To demonstrate the model’s strength, STCM launches GDC (Gold Digital Currency) — the first token in the periodic asset ledger. Each GDC token represents 1 gram of LBMA-priced gold, issued against verified deposits in Swiss vaults. With GDC proven, STCM opens its framework to other high-integrity commodities — enabling banks, corporates, and institutions to tokenize diverse periodic assets in seconds.
Expanded Ledger
STCM activates a 180 million token liquidity pool to bootstrap early gold-backed token adoption. Clients deposit physical gold to access this pool, enabling STCM to reinvest into direct forward delivery of mining production, which generate on-chain yield and expand the collateral base.
